A law firm seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Associate with 2-4 years of experience in healthcare law to join its regulatory team in Boston or New York. This role focuses on health innovation, representing companies from pre-formation to capital markets, including public health tech firms.

Duties

  • Advise on healthcare regulatory issues, including corporate practice of medicine and state law considerations.
  • Handle federal, commercial, and self-insured payor reimbursement matters.
  • Address value-based care and accountable care organizations.
  • Navigate fraud and abuse laws, including Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state health privacy laws.
  • Manage federal and state laws on health data exchange and interoperability.
  • Advise on state healthcare transaction notification laws and AI use in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Superior organizational and project management abilities.
