The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience advising clients on FDA regulatory matters, including transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities.

Duties

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory matters, including product development and clinical trials.
• Assist in transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities.
• Collaborate with government regulators throughout the FDA-regulated product life cycle.
• Draft and review legal documents with outstanding writing skills.
• Engage in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area.

Requirements

• 17 years of experience in FDA regulatory matters.
• Experience with product development, clinical trials, and marketing.
• Familiarity with government regulators at all stages of the FDA-regulated product life cycle.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• NY Bar admission in good standing.
