Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Of Counsel Attorney for its St. Louis, MO office. This role focuses on traditional labor relations and employment defense litigation, representing employers in various legal matters. Duties

• Handle unfair labor practice charges at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Represent management in NLRB elections.
• Advise employers on union organizing and corporate campaigns.
• Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements.
• Manage grievance, arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
• Obtain mass picketing injunctions.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum 9 years of litigation or labor work as an attorney.
• Traditional labor experience preferred.
• MO Bar Admission required.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
