Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, focusing on development and financing. This role involves collaboration with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.

Duties

• Manage real estate transactions related to renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and finance energy projects.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
• Handle multiple projects under pressure with exceptional judgment.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
