Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Senior Counsel in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax credit finance and development, particularly in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred, though consideration will be given to applicants for any office, including virtual locations.

Duties

• Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience in tax credit finance.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
• Experience with New Markets Tax Credits preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
