Job Overview

A law firm seeks a dynamic and experienced litigator to join its San Francisco, CA office as an Of Counsel or Shareholder. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of nine years of experience in handling complex environmental cases in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-stakes cases, mentor junior attorneys, and expand client relationships.

Duties

  • Lead complex environmental litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm's litigation practice.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand client base.

Requirements

  • Minimum of nine years of complex litigation experience.
  • Proven track record in state and federal court litigation.
  • Strong business development skills and client relationship management.
  • Current member of the California bar or eligible to sit for the bar.

Education

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Membership in the California bar or eligibility to sit for the bar.
