Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Environmental and Natural Resources Attorney in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team across multiple California offices, including Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Rafael, and Walnut Creek.

Duties

  • Manage environmental, toxic tort, and habitability litigation cases.
  • Conduct motion practice and discovery processes.
  • Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with a growing team and mentor junior associates.
  • Contribute to the development of a statewide environmental practice.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in environmental law.
  • Experience with Clean Water Act, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Endangered Species Act, CERCLA, RCRA, and related regulations.
  • Land use experience is a plus.
  • CA Bar admission required.
  • Distinguished academic background and impeccable references.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California Bar License.
