Duties

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in California.

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation

  • Admission to the California Bar
