Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join its Philadelphia, PA office. This hybrid position is within the Mass and Toxic Torts Department, focusing on general liability and toxic tort cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Duties

• Manage cases proactively from start to finish in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, motions, and conduct related research.
• Communicate frequently with clients and provide detailed reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and case evaluations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Attend depositions, court hearings, and mediations.
• Prepare for and attend trials.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of litigation and toxic tort experience in state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage a large caseload proactively.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
