Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation defense litigation for a hybrid position in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases with the flexibility of both remote and in-office work.

Duties

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs
• Attend hearings and mediations, virtually when possible
• Collaborate with team members and clients remotely

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania for a minimum of 5 years
• Workers' Compensation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
