A law firm seeks a Technology Transactions and Licensing Associate Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Duties

• Draft and negotiate license agreements and collaboration contracts.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department.

• Superior drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and clients simultaneously.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
