Duties

• Advise public companies on ongoing SEC representation and capital markets transactions.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions.
• Guide companies through business formation and equity financings.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents while managing transaction teams.
• Train and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of four to five years of post-JD experience in corporate law.
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing legal teams and transactions.
