The successful candidate will focus on strategic legal consultations, providing clear guidance, and identifying solutions to bring clients peace of mind.

Duties

• Conduct empathetic attorney consultations for various legal areas.
• Evaluate client needs and provide honest, clear guidance.
• Collaborate with legal department leads to refine case acceptance criteria.
• Advise the intake team on case suitability and lead quality improvement.
• Engage in lead generation and support partnership presentations.
• Conduct warm outreach to potential new clients.
• Deliver seminars or workshops as needed.
• Maintain organized CRM records of consultations and client interactions.
• Ensure strong client service and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Virginia State Bar admission required; Maryland and DC are a plus.
• Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with a drive for personal and firm growth.
• Committed to providing credible, high-quality advice.
• Comfortable working with intake teams, attorneys, and sales leadership.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
