The ideal candidate will join a dedicated Fiduciary Litigation Team within the Estate Administration Department, focusing on complex litigation involving Trusts, Estates, Guardianships, and Powers of Attorney. Duties

• Interact with clients daily and design case strategies.
• Handle a caseload with significant independence.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Engage in complex fiduciary litigation.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Experience in civil litigation or administration of trusts and estates preferred.
• DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar License.
