Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Of Counsel attorney with extensive experience in Labor & Employment litigation to join its team in Los Angeles, California. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense litigation and the ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

Duties

  • Handle complex labor & employment cases, including class actions and single-plaintiff litigation.
  • Provide preventative counseling and strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with a California bar license.
  • Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling.
  • Expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active California bar license.
