Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar.
• Licensed title insurance agent in Virginia or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law or title insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of Virginia real estate law and title examination procedures.

Education
