Duties

• Provide traditional appellate services.

• Prepare trial submissions, including memoranda and jury instructions.
• Draft and argue post-trial motions.
• Participate in trials to ensure proper record-keeping and issue preservation for appeal.

Requirements

• Experience in appellate law and civil litigation.
• Strong analytical and strategic consulting skills.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing legal motions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
