Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents, conducting due diligence, and overseeing closings, including title, survey, and organizational documents. Familiarity with mezzanine lending is desirable. Candidates with Bar admissions in PA, NY, and/or CT are welcome.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents.
• Conduct related due diligence.
• Oversee closings, including title and survey.
• Manage organizational documents.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience.
• State Bar Admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in PA, NY, and/or CT.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in conducting due diligence.
• Ability to manage complex closings.
