Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on transactions involving commercial-mortgage backed securities (CMBS) and offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful work and grow professionally.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
  • Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred but not required.

Education

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
