Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate for their Saint Louis, MO office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives, including advising developers and drafting tax credit transfer agreements.

Duties

• Advise developers on renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives.
• Draft and negotiate tax credit transfer agreements.
• Participate in financings and M&A related to the renewable energy sector.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
