Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney in Wilmington, DE. The role involves supporting litigation functions, coordinating workstreams within assigned torts, and mentoring paralegals to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Duties

  • Understand litigation requirements and translate them into operational activities.
  • Maintain deadline controls and ensure escalation protocols are followed.
  • Drive filing readiness by ensuring documentation supports timely decisions.
  • Deliver a client experience anchored on trust and insight.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers.
  • Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols.
  • Manage post-filing litigation requirements, including pleadings and discovery.
  • Collaborate to develop efficient procedures and improve workflows.
  • Mentor and train legal support staff to enhance procedural knowledge.

Education

  • JD required

Certifications

  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required

Skills

  • Experience with complex litigation preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
  • Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
