Duties

• Manage cases proactively from start to finish in state and federal courts.

• Prepare case updates and handle client communications as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload proactively from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.
• Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to client development.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
