Duties

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • 2-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
  • Experience in business development is a plus.
