Duties

• Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Support M&A and other transactional matters.
• Collaborate with a global team on cross-border projects.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a large law firm preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the state bar of the office location.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State bar admission in the relevant office location.
