Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in Washington, District of Columbia, or North Carolina. The attorney will manage a diverse caseload, guide clients through complex legal matters, and represent them in court proceedings.

Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, focusing on personal injury or employment law.
  • Licensed to practice law with knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.
  • Proven trial experience in high-stakes situations.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law.
