  • Engage in litigation, including handling at least five bench trials.

  • Negotiate settlements and triage cases efficiently.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in VA, MD, or eligibility to waive into D.C.
  • Proven experience managing a personal injury caseload.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Education

  • Doctorate (Required)

Certifications

  • Active Bar Admission in VA, MD, or D.C.

Skills

  • Litigation experience with a readiness to take cases to trial.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with high-volume metrics.
