Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda.

Requirements

• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar.
• At least one year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in New Hampshire state and federal courts.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar.
