Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Bloomington, MN. The successful candidate will collaborate with litigation attorneys to support clients in business, commercial, employment, and real estate litigation matters. Candidates should have three or more years of experience in relevant litigation areas and be admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Duties

• Communicate with clients and colleagues to gather information and provide legal advice.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, including investigating facts and researching laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, including document production and depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials; draft and argue motions.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
• Minimum of three years' experience in business, commercial, employment, or real estate litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
