Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Healthcare Associate to join its Life Sciences Team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will contribute to regulatory work and support key clients in the healthcare industry, leveraging their expertise in life sciences law.

Duties

  • Provide regulatory advisory services and contract review.
  • Engage in transactional work, including M&A and IPOs.
  • Ensure FDA compliance for drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
  • Advise on OIG, CMS, and DOJ matters impacting life sciences.
  • Design and implement compliance programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in life sciences law.
  • Experience with FDA regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of OIG, CMS, and DOJ regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • North Carolina Bar admission required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the North Carolina Bar.
