Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level FDA and Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Associate in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team advising clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries on complex regulatory and compliance matters.

Duties

• Advise clients on FDA and USDA-regulated product areas.
• Provide guidance on product development strategy, labeling, and advertising.
• Manage safety and compliance, including adverse event reporting and recalls.
• Conduct agency inspections and remediation of inspection findings.
• Collaborate effectively across practice groups.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FDA practice at a law firm or regulatory agency.
• Experience with food regulatory matters preferred.
• Ability to deliver clear and actionable advice to clients.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State bar admission required.
