Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts, including SaaS agreements and software licensing.
• Lead project management for complex compliance reviews and technology commercialization efforts.
• Advise technology companies and healthcare providers on joint development arrangements.
• Conduct transactional due diligence and manage large-scale engagements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in technology and innovation, including e-commerce and health IT.
• Knowledge of privacy and security considerations in digital health technologies.

Education
