Duties

  • Prosecute patent applications for leading global technology companies.
  • Collaborate with clients and other professionals.
  • Conduct case discussions with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law.

Requirements

  • One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed attorney at a U.S. law firm or in-house.
  • Registration to practice before the USPTO.
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent.

Certifications
