Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Antitrust and Competition Associate to join their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a law firm or with the DOJ Antitrust Division or FTC Bureau of Competition.

Duties

  • Provide legal counsel on antitrust and competition matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in antitrust law, preferably between Classes of 2023-2018.
  • Background with DOJ Antitrust Division or FTC Bureau of Competition is advantageous.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
