Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced business attorney for a hybrid position in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in corporate governance, transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, strategic partnerships, and commercial contracts.

Duties

• Advise clients on complex commercial and corporate transactions.
• Provide counsel on mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle securities and securities transactions.
• Develop strategic partnerships and manage commercial contracts.
• Partner with clients to achieve their business goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Membership in the Washington State Bar Association or eligibility for reciprocity.
• California, Idaho, or Oregon State Bar license is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
