Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Criminal Law Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to representing clients during challenging times and will join a team serving clients in Rutherford County and western North Carolina.

Duties

  • Conduct new client consultations.
  • Attend court, mediations, and depositions.
  • Research and prepare cases for court.
  • Participate in case reviews and team trainings.
  • Communicate with clients in various formats.
  • Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
  • Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • North Carolina Bar membership.
