A law firm seeks a Senior-Level Employment Litigation Associate/Of Counsel for its Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong background in drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.

Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage ESI discovery processes.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong interest in employment law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
