Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level employment litigation associate for its Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, with a focus on employment claims and restrictive covenant disputes.

Duties

• Handle litigation related to employment claims and restrictive covenants.
• Advise on bonus and pay plans, employee handbooks, and arbitration agreements.
• Provide counseling support for HR clients.
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Admission to the Arizona Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
