A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join their team in East Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse employment law matters, including individual plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and engage in discovery.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Proven experience in all stages of litigation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar required; NY Bar admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
