Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Lending Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, with a focus on real estate and/or commercial and industrial lending, and experience representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions.

Duties

  • Represent lenders in secured transactions.
  • Manage complex engagements within a team environment.
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state Bar.
  • Three or more years of commercial lending experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
  • Licensed to practice law in the applicable state.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Membership in the applicable state Bar.
