Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join the Capital Markets practice group in New York City, NY. Duties

  • Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Strong academic background.
  • Proficiency in managing complex transactions.
