Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced associate to join their Technology & Outsourcing practice group in New York. The successful candidate will lead complex commercial transactions with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency matters, leveraging their deep knowledge in these areas.

Duties

• Lead complex commercial transactions focusing on blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Draft and negotiate technology-related contracts.
• Provide strategic advice on cryptocurrency and technology transactions.

Requirements

• Significant knowledge and experience in crypto/blockchain.
• 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting, preferably at a law firm.
• Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
