Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Corporate Associate with 3-4 years of experience in corporate, securities, and transactional matters to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have experience advising public companies on corporate matters, including disclosure obligations, capital markets offerings, SEC compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Advise public companies on corporate disclosure obligations and SEC compliance.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience with public companies on corporate and securities matters.

• Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
