Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience, primarily in construction law.
• Experience in a private law firm environment.
• California Bar admission and state litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction law, including schedule delay and disruption cases.
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence.
• Superb writing and case management skills.
• Experience with depositions and trial support.
