Structured Transactions Associate or Of Counsel

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified junior, midlevel, or senior associate or of counsel to join its structured transactions practice group in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for those with a background in structured finance and securitization.

Duties

• Engage in structured finance and securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with team members across various offices.
• Provide legal advice on RMBS, ABS, and CLO financing.
• Draft and review transaction documents.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
• RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience highly preferred.
• Active bar membership in the state of the office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Although much more a large firm atmosphere than most of the East Coast (non-New York) based firms, this firm has one of the most exciting full service practices around.
