Job Overview
A law firm seeks an associate attorney with an active California Bar license and 2-5 years of litigation experience to join its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will support one or more practice groups and demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Support litigation practice groups with legal research and case preparation.
  • Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

  • Active California Bar license.
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience in retail-trade, construction disputes, complex commercial litigation, government contracts, or employment matters preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Certifications
  • California Bar admission.
  • Skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
