Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will ensure clients receive exceptional care and achieve excellent results. Responsibilities include client meetings, case preparation, and trial representation as needed.

Duties

  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases and build trust.
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and offers.
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 6 or more years of litigation experience.
  • 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred.
  • Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
