Bond, Schoeneck & King is a law firm with a long history of success. The firm has a positive work environment with people who are friendly and work together. The pay is competitive and the benefits are decent. There is also a knowledgeable support team and up to date computer systems. The accounting department is willing and eager to teach and help you learn.

The workweek is 37.5 hours and there are benefits, PTO and other time off. However, there is no remote work or flexibility and tasks can be boring. There is also not much room for advancement and people can feel replaceable. There can be slow implementation of change and the company is quick to get everyone back in the office despite the COVID numbers.

Sometimes the software can be confusing but people are willing to help and teach. Unfortunately, there are no current opportunities for riser.

Overall, Bond, Schoeneck & King has a positive work environment, knowledgeable support team, and benefits and pay. However, there are some areas of improvement such as the lack of remote work and flexibility, not much room for advancement, and slow implementation of change. People are mostly satisfied with the work they do at Bond, Schoeneck & King and feel respected and valued.
