Birmingham office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will prepare and file a range of industrial and automotive employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and other requests for immigration benefits. Will prepare petition evidentiary support packages for a variety of nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN-1, TN-2, E-1, E-2, O-1) and immigrant (PERM, EB1A, EB1B, EB1C, EB2, EB3) visa categories.
