The candidate will communicate compassionately and professionally with clients to assess the eligibility of foreign national workers across the full spectrum of both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas/statuses in the U.S. Will coordinate timely and accurately with supervising attorneys regarding case progress and preparation. gather, review, and interpret sponsorship job offer details and supporting employee documentation.
