Job Overview

Multiple law firms across the United States — including immigration boutiques, business immigration practices, and full-service firms — are actively seeking Immigration Attorneys with 1–10+ years of experience.
Immigration law remains one of the busiest and most consistently growing practice areas, and firms are hiring immediately across both business and family-based immigration.

If you have experience in business or family immigration, including:

  • Employment-based immigrant petitions for professionals and investors

  • Employer compliance, audits, and policy advising

  • Family-based petitions and adjustments of status

  • Removal defense, asylum, waivers, and litigation in immigration court

  • Global mobility and cross-border workforce guidance

…we want to speak with you.

Duties

  • Prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant petitions for professionals, executives, investors, and talent-based visas.

  • Advise employers on I-9 compliance, audits, corporate immigration strategy, and workforce mobility.

  • Assist families with petitions, consular processing, adjustments of status, waivers, and related filings.

  • Represent clients in removal defense matters, including hearings, motions, and appeals.

  • Conduct client interviews, gather documentation, and develop case strategies.

  • Maintain strong communication with employers, HR teams, families, and individuals throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of immigration experience in business, family, or removal defense.

  • Strong understanding of USCIS, DOL, DOS, and immigration court processes.

  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and advocacy skills.

  • Bilingual abilities are preferred for many roles.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented casework.

  • Client-centered approach with cross-cultural sensitivity.

  • Strong legal research and procedural knowledge.

  • Organized, responsive, and collaborative.
