Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, and restructurings.
• Engage in special situations and other corporate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Experience at a peer firm representing investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other debt financing providers.
• Experience with private equity sponsors in complex financial transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
